A common household 15 amp power outlet is almost always enough. Sometimes it requires two power outlets on different circuits. It depends if there is more than one blower or if the inflatable is over 100 feet from the power outlet.

You can set it up on grass, concrete or indoors. It should be a flat surface with at least 10 x 10 feet of clearance. Always check for any obstructions like rocks, stumps, sprinkers or poo.

For the safety of the participants, each unit requires at least one adult supervisor at all times. Supervisors should monitor the children and make sure they're acting in a responsible manner.

Yes you can cancel your order. We understand that plans can change and so can the weather. Give us a call before the delivery and we will make an acception on a case by case situation. Please give at least 24 hour notice should you decide to cancel.

It’s a good idea to book as early as possible to secure your preferred date and castle. Popular dates tend to fill up quickly, so booking several weeks in advance is recommended.

Yes. All our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each rental.

We expect to receive our inflatables back in clean condition. We will not charge for grass or leaves or water. However if the inflatable has stains, silly string or mud in it there could be a cleaning charge. please treat it as your own. The inflatable will be inspected before it is picked up at your location.
